RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

HERREIRA JEWELRY — RETURN POLICY

At Herreira Jewelry, we want you to love every piece you choose. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS

General merchandise may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is in original condition, with tags attached, unworn, unaltered, and accompanied by the sales receipt.

Items purchased in-store or online can only be exchanged or redeemed at the same location or official service channelused for the purchase.

SALE items, promotional pieces, and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.


JEWELRY-SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

Because jewelry is a delicate item, all returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Pieces must be unused, without scratches, dents, or signs of wear.

  • Must include original packaging and all accessories (tags, pouches, cards, certificates).

  • Altered, broken, or worn items cannot be returned.

  • Customized, special-order, or engraved items are final sale.


ONLINE PURCHASE RETURNS

Returns for online purchases are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Herreira Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, according to the customer's preference.

Once we receive your item(s), please allow 48–72 hours for inspection and processing.
Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.


EXCHANGES

To request an exchange, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item with tags and no signs of use

  • The piece you wish to receive instead

If there is a price difference:

  • If the new item is lower priced, we will refund the difference.

  • If the new item is higher priced, we will contact you to arrange payment.

SALE items cannot be exchanged.
